William H. Platt II is a graduate of Emmaus High School, La Salle University (B.A. Philosophy/English) and the Dickinson School of Law.
Bill has represented private and public companies and individuals in proceedings before both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations.
His practice has included contract disputes, business torts, and landlord/tenantdisputes, business torts, landlord/tenant disputes, securities actions, civil RICO actions, unfair competition and professional malpractice liability claims.
After graduating from law school, Bill was employed by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Edward N. Cahn, the Honorable Robert F. Kelly and the Honorable Ronald L. Buckwalter.
After completing his clerkship with Judge Buckwalter and prior to opening the Platt Law Firm, Bill practiced in the litigation department of Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia, PA and opened the Lehigh Valley office for Flamm Boroff & Bacine PC.
In 2005, 2007 and 2008, Bill was named a Pennsylvania Rising Star-Super Lawyer by Law & Politics Media in Philadelphia Magazine. Pennsylvania Rising Stars is a list of the best attorneys who are either 40 or under or who have been practicing 10 or fewer years.
Bill is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lehigh County Bar Associations.

Doug Reichley, a resident of Alburtis, is serving his fourth term as State Representative of the 134th Legislative District.
He represents parts of Lehigh County consisting of Lower Macungie, Salisbury (Ward 5), South Whitehall (District 3, 4 and 5), Upper Macungie (District 4) and Upper Milford Township (East District) along with the Boroughs of Emmaus, Alburtis and Macungie; and parts of Berks
County consisting of the Townships of Hereford, District and Washington and the Boroughs of Bally and Bechtelsville.
He Currently serves on several key committees, including the House Appropriations Committee where he serves as Vice Chairman, and the House Republican Policy Committee. He is also a member of the Consumer Affairs, Health and Human Services and Professional Licensure Committees.
Prior to running for public office, Doug worked in the private practice of law with Lightner Law Offices in Wescosville practicing criminal defense, domestic relations and bankruptcy law. He also served as an assistant district attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office from 2000-2001. Doug began his prosecutorial career with the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office. He began as an assistant district attorney in 1989, but rose to become chief of felony prosecutions focusing on violent crimes. He successfully prosecuted all types of criminal cases from DUI’s up to homicides for 11 years from 1989 to 2000.
Doug’s legal career began in 1987 as an associate with the law firm of Snyder, Dimmich and Guldin in Allentown,
specializing in insurance defense.
Also active in his local community, Doug served as President of the Allentown YMCA/YWCA and of the Emmaus Kiwanis, and on the Board of the Lehigh Valley Crime Victims’ Council. He has worked as an instructor at the Allentown Police Academy, Northampton County Community College and DeSales University. He also taught fellow prosecutors at meetings of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys’ Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Doug has also been an active member of the Lehigh County Bar Association by serving on the Criminal Law and Legislative Liaison Committees.
Reichley holds a Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law (1986) and Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Law from Lafayette College (1983). He is the father of two, Jonathan and Jillian, and is a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Allentown.

Security in facility development, contracts and procurements. He has been noted in the Wall Street Journal as well as in several government publications for his superior client representation. Attorney Bartkus also has experience with State Agencies as well as municipalities, private practice focuses on the representation of clients in both residential and commercial real estate matters--including closings, zoning matters, leasing and landlord tenant issues. He represents all phases of business development from start up formalities and considerations, contract negotiations, business plans and related liability issues. His bankruptcy practice focuses on debtor Chapter 7 cases.
Within the sports and entertainment fields, Scott offers the services of contract representation, sponsorships,
endorsements and counsel for promotional venues. His government practice focuses on government contracts,
procurements and real estate matters. He also assists his clients on estate planning matters. Lastly, he specializes in immigration visas and green card placement for international clients.
Attorney Bartkus holds a Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, a Masters in Business Administration from DeSales University and a Bachelors of Arts from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he has undertaken both business and legal studies in Moscow, Russia.
He is admitted to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations and is a member of the Lehigh County Bar Association, the Sports Lawyers Association and the Lithuanian-American Bar Association. He is also a Pennsylvania-licensed real estate agent.
